From the moment our friends and customers walk into JJ's
Grille to a spacious, tiled foyer with hostess stand, the
reaction always seems to be the same, "This is NOT a sports
bar." Many of our friends do enjoy watching their favorite
college football game or baseball playoffs from the large
screen T.V., but most agree the granite top bar trimmed in
fine cherry with burgandy leather booths, and the antique
light fixtures and wall decorations, add a very warm and
comfortable atmosphere. The dinning rooms were designed for
family outings or the busines dinner, as well as the guest
looking for a more quiet experience. This same attention to
detail is very much a part of the menu.
Signature sandwiches such as the
Open Face Reuben and Kentucky Hot Brown are local favorites
as well as all the homemade soups. For the guests with a
somewhat lighter appetite JJ's offers the "Lighter Fare"
selections as well as many lunch options starting ar $4.99.
Our friends may choose from a variety of salads and
appetizers including Blackened Tuna Bites or Pretzel Bites
with your favorite choice of dipping sauce. Entrée Specials
are listed each day, or you may prefer something from the
menu which includes a variety of selections such as Wasabi
Tuna, Pecan Crusted Chicken, and Pasta.
JJ's has been a non-smoking
establishment since the beginning, we offer acoustic
entertainment each Saturday night. JJ's is owned and
managed by Chris and Jacki, Glen Allen residents for over 10
